Moving Apex Application

Hi friends,

I have an apex installed in a one server, in which it consist of nearly 100 database applications in it.

I need to move all this 100 applications from this server to another server where the apex is installed in it.

How i can move all my 100 applications from one apex in a server to the another server having apex.

Whether i need to export all the 100 applications from the server, and also i need to run the scripts of all the tables in which is supporting all my 100 applications in the backend to the another server where the apex is installed.

How i can proceed with this friends.
