Move Temp Datafiles to different Directory

I am using Oracle 10g on Windows Server 2003. My drive D is full and I saw 25GB datafile of TEMP tablespace. I am thinking of the following options:

1. Drop and Recreate TEMP01.DBF datafile
2. Create TEMP01.DBF datafile to bigger drive and change the location

Please let us know the best option and advise the right procedure on how to handle this
