move target to another OEM

I have a OEM 12c instance on Sol 10 on SPARC box. Box is out of warranty and I am being forced to move my OEM to Window 2012 on a VM (VMware).

The install will be trivial.

Is there an easy way of moving the hosts to this new OEM? or should I just remove them from the old one and add them to the new one?
