Move OIDDAS Help files

We allow our end-users to reach the OIDDAS forgot password screens from our custom login page. The functionality of the standard screens is fine so we do not want to customize them. However, the help functionality built in to those screens is both not particularly useful, and contains significant information we do not want our end-users to see. Is it possible to move or replace the help files without doing a totally custom approach to these pages? The URL indicates it is going to oiddas/help, but the only similar location we could find on the server was dashelp.jar under the UI directory under oiddas in oc4jsecurity/applications. Portal version is 10.1.2.0.0
