Move database from Standard Edition to Enterprise Edition.

divMar 11 2013 — edited Mar 13 2013
Oracle : 11.2.0.2
OS : Redhat Linux 5.

We have a server that has oracle standard edition installed, with multiple databases installed. All are in archive log mode with RMAN backups running.
I need to move one database from standard edition to enterprise edition on a differenct server. My approach was to take the rman backup and restore it on the EE server. It sounds too simple and wanted to make sure I don't run into something unexpected.
Anyone have any thoughts on what I might be missing.

Thanks
