Move Data from One App to Another

Hi gurus,

I am just wondering that what is the best way to move data from one application to another application under the same instance? I will need to move some non-interest expenses data to feed GL codes to another application.

I know I can download the data file from one app, and upload the file to another app, and then load the data by using EPMautomate. But do you have any other better ways to achieve that? (For example, from planning3 to planning)
