Move data from EE to XE for stand-alone development?

Hi, all.

I am wanting to move data from my 10g EE db to a 10g XE db on my laptop. EM only exports in datapump file format. XE utility only imports text, spreadsheet and xml files. How do I do this?

I remember some where reading that XE would make a good portable db for people who can't connect to the server EE. It won't be if it is too difficult to move data.

SQL scripting doesn't bother me, but I figured they would have made this easier. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
