Move cursor to different item

Greetings,

I am using Forms 6i

I have a form that is used for addresses. It is all the same data block. There are two fields specifically for two address lines. I have a trigger that prompts the user if they have filled in a value into the second address but have left the first address line empty.

Here is the issue. The user then clicks the "OK" button on the alert window and the cursor returns to the first item in the data block; I would like it to go to the first address line item.
