Move back from LOCKED state to SECURED state of the ISD

Hello,

I am implementing a C library which expose GP 2.1.1 \ 2.2 functionality. I am currently testing the ability to move from one state to another. I know that each transaction from state to state is irreversible apart from moving back from LOCKED to SECURED, only to the ISD according to the manual. I have selected to LOCK the ISD with the following APDU:
80 F0 80 7F 07 A0 00 00 01 51 00 00

The command was successful but once I have moved to lock state I can not login to the ISD any more. How do I unlock the ISD?
