Mount a vfat/FAT32 partition under Solaris 10 6/06
807559Dec 1 2006 — edited Dec 5 2006I spent this morning installing Solaris 10 and I did not see a place where you could add extra partitions to the vfstab automatically. I ignored the thought and figured I could add it manually after installation. I installed perfectly, logged in and when I looked at vfstab, it did not look they way I thought it would as I am used to *nix. I do not understand how to mount partitions because I do not get how Solaris organizes the partitions. I have a partition that I kept all my files on and I cannot access it. Could someone explain how to mount a partition and/or Solaris's way of organizing disks?
