most user friendly full load and incremental load strategy with ODI 12c

Hi Guys,

What i am asking is what would be the most user friendly way to let end user to run either incremental or full load according to his/her requirement. BIAPPS has an etl load tables which you need to truncate every time you wanna run full laod and if you wanna run just incremental then no need to truncate just go ahead and run the load plan. This is probably the best strategy for BIAPPS. But in general is there any better way to go about it so that it would be very easy fro end user to operate.
