More and More problems with JDeveloper 10.1.3 **URGENT STRUTS DEBUG ISSUE**

Can anyone explain how to debug a Struts application using JDeveloper 10.1.3?

In 10.1.2, I could create an application and step into the Struts source quite easily. Under 10.1.3, the setup for the Struts Runtime is fine (in project properties). However, like other things, JDEveloper 10.1.3 neglects to include anything at all for the struts source in the %jdevhome%\jdev\src folder, and also neglects to include the documentation war file in jakarta-struts\webapps.

Why are these files left out, and better still, how do I debug Struts, even the 1.1 version in JDEV 10.1.3?
