Monitoring Tomcat 5.5.20 with jconsole, Windows Server 2003
843798Aug 7 2007 — edited Aug 24 2007I have SE 5 release 11. The Tomcat service is configured with Java option -Dcom.sun.management.jmxremote. I start jconsole and the local process list is empty. Then I get the pid from tasklist, and try "jconsole 3812", says "Unable to attach to 3812: Could not map vmid to user name". The problem here is likely the same as with jconsole not showing anything in the local process list. Any ideas? Thanks
