Monitoring Network interface on RAC

Hi,

I want to discover how can i monitor network interface on Oracle RAC. is there any tools to do this? and what's the best practices to monitoring? network interface is public, virtual or private? I just ask the question: "What is the network traffic on Oracle Rac?"
