Monitor TCP/IP Send / Recv Queue size

I am trying to find out how to retrieve the TCP Queue size, similar to the columns �Send-Q/Recv-Q from netstat� for use by an application program on Solaris. I couldn't find any C function calls that would get me the info.

This question was asked once before by someone else and never answered. Anyone have any new ideas.
