Java SE (Java Platform, Standard Edition)

When working with JFrames or JDialogs, is there anyway to programmatically modify the size of the title bar height and change its font and still keep the XP look and feel?

I am trying to modify the Title Bar Height and Font of a
JFrame or JDialog. My reason for doing so is that the Windows XP look and feel has a larger title bar font and height so my application doesn't look correct since my widgets are pushed down and now get cut off at the bottom. Please help.
