Model comparision for MS SQL Server databases

638410Jan 31 2012 — edited Feb 2 2012
Hi Fellows,

I was wondering if it is only me that has the following problem:
When connected to a MS SQL Server database I cannot do Model comparision and Change Script generation. This is because I cannot use the checkbox "Swap target model" on the last page of
the Data Dictionary Import Wizard (the checkbox is disabled).

Is this "by default" (SQL Dev Data Modeler does not support Change Script generation) or there is a bug in the application or there is some other specifics which prevent me from using this functionality,
but anybody here in the comunity can use this with MS SQL Server databases.

Please, if you can, advise me what can I do in order to get the Change Script generation also functioning with MS SQL Server databases.

For your help I'd like to thank you in advance.

Kind regards,
sbogus.
