This is my first time posting to this forum. Please let me know if I posted to the wrong group. We are on Tools release 8.54.04.
Up until recently, modal windows would open properly; by properly I mean they opened in an overlay that looked like a traditional modal window (see the first screenshot). In our production environment, they never operated like this; they fully replaced the underlying page as a normal link would do (see screenshot 2). About 2 weeks ago we refreshed our development environment with our production environment and the same issue started happening in dev now too. This leads me to believe it is a config issue of some soft, and not a caching or code issue. This is happening to custom tools that we've built and also delivered functionality.
Have any of you experienced this before? It's not a deal breaker but is definitely a bad user experience.
