When I’m typing in a text field on a modal page on mobile my characters don’t appear until I move the screen or zoom in or out, like my cursor moves but the characters don’t appear it just looks like spacebar until I move my screen. The first picture is just me typing where you can see the characters. The second one is me typing actual characters. The third is when I move the screen a tiny bit.
