mobile chrome odd behavior with interactive grid toolbar ---extraneous 'Primary report' button

Hi All,

Apex is 24.2.3 , mobile chrome 134 on Zebra Andriod OS 11. Desktop chrome 134 does NOT show this odd button, i don't have a way to get rid of it, please help.

*if i tap this button, 2 rows with the same title show up , one displays 5 rows/page( the last change), the other 10 rows/page. i only want 5rows/page as the default, more importantly, I don't want such a button at all
