Mobile Android Chrome Modal doesnt fire keyboard

Dear colleagues
Apex 20.2
I have a universal theme app. I have just tested on my Samsung a40 using chrome. v 88.0.4....
On my modal I have test textarea and number items. On all of these a keyboard does not load on entry to the field.

Tests are ok on my ipad.

Any ideas please?
