MMON blocks Sessions

Hi,

On 12.1.0

Querying v$session I see usually:

Then session 632 is blocked by 939 which is MMON (

Manageability Monitor Processes (MMON and MMNL)

The manageability monitor process (MMON) performs many tasks related to the

Automatic Workload Repository (AWR).

Does it mean that our initialization parameteres are not well set?

How can we avoid this frequent blocking ?
