MMC Could not create the snap-in. XP informatica Rep Server Admn Console

Hello,

I have installed Informatica 7.1.4 installed on my Dell Inspiron 6400 XP SP2. Installation went successful.

But when I am trying to run the Informatica Repository Server Administration Console, and click on the "Informatica Repository Servers" node, I am getting "MMC Could not create the snap-in." error.

I tried uninstall and install again but getting the same issue back.

Could any body suggest me how i can fix this error.
