Missing W_HIERARCHY_D table in BIA 11.1.1.7.1

Hi,

Currently attempting to install and configure BI Apps 11.1.1.7.1 but have come across a problem when attempting to do some Functional Configuration in relation to the Financial Statement Generator task.

Making our way down the 'project task list' within Configuration Manager using the Oracle Configuration Guide as a reference: http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E38317_01/doc.11117/e36171/app_func_tasks.htm#sthref389

The task for Configuring FSG Hierarchies mentions a dimension table called W_HIERARCHY_D. Upon checking SOURCE, STAGING and TARGET datewarehouses, we are unable to identify the table. It is missing from our schema. The reference guide information for this task is at "B.2.79 How to Configure GL Account Hierarchies using FSG definitions for E-Business Suite".

An internal environment with very basic Functional Configuration is also consistent with this issue. The W_HIERARCHY_D table is missing.

Does anyone has any thoughts on this or experience something similar? Or are we all just being stupid?
