Missing Time in Date Column

Hi
I Need your help on SYSDATE,
Actually I using 3 type of DML in a table.
1. Direct Insert INTO Table
2. Direct Update the Table
3. EXECUTE IMMEDIATE

But when I select the table Not all the rows with time of date column.
Can you Please
