Getting this error message loading a Location object via the HDL Loader process into HCM Cloud.
The State attribute value is required. You must enter a value.

Location does not appear to have a 'State' attribute in any of the documentation or sample DAT files, so what am I missing here?
What does this error message really mean? Can't find it anywhere in online support.
