Missing Permissions manifest attribute in main jar Forms 10g

I am getting the following :

Missing Permissions manifest attribute in main jar: http://oraclweb:7654/forms/java/frmall.jar

proxyHost=null

proxyPort=0

connectMode=HTTP, native.

Forms Applet version is : 10.1.2.0

Missing Application-Name manifest attribute for: http://oraclweb:7654/forms/java/frmwebutil.jar

I foundout there is a patch, but its for Forms 11g and up. but i'm running on 10g. How could i overcome this error ?
