Missing Performance Tab

I have installed XE 18c database on my laptop (win 64).

 Oracle Database 18c Express Edition Release 18.0.0.0.0 - Production

 Version 18.4.0.0.0

When I login into EM, I am not seeing the Performance tab at all. Only tabs seen are: Configuration, Storage, Security.

Any idea why is that, and is there a way to make it visible?
