Missing packages from EPEL for OL7 channel

I have noticed lately that there seem to be missing packages from the EPEL7-repository on yum.oracle.com. For example the coturn-package is not in the Oracle-EPEL7-repo but it is available in the upstream EPEL7-repo.

Does Oracle apply some filtering on their EPEL7-repo-mirror and if so, what is that filter?
