Missing Oracle Process Manager service after Windows server 2012 R2 upgrade

Hello to all... After we did an OS upgrade from Windows server 2008 to Windows server 2012 R2, we lost the service "Oracle Process Manager (epmsystem1) - OPMN service for Essbase". We still have the service instance "Oracle Process Manager (ohsinstance1144678397) - OPMN service for OHS" and all the other Oracle Hyperion services. Without this service, I cannot connect to Essbase. Any ideas on how to restore this service without reinstalling or re-configuring??? This is for a Hyperion Planning implementation on-premise version 11.1.2.4.
