Missing Open Interface on ISG R12.2.6

Hi,
We have installed the ISG on our R12.2.6 instance , since then we aren't able to view any public interface or Open interfaces available. Though we managed to get the API by uploading the product specific ildt files but still not able to view the Open Interfaces.
Appreciate if someone could let me know as what needs to be done so that the Open Interface are available to be exposed.
