Missing "New Sample Java Client" menu item in JDeveloper 12c (Studio Edition Version 12.2.1.1.0)

Hi

I'm following the tutorial for JDeveloper 12c at Oracle JDeveloper 12c (12.1.2) Tutorials - Building a Web Application Using EJB, JPA, and JavaServer Faces and I'm being stymied by the lack of an option in JDeveloper:

adf new sample java client issue1.png

But in my JDeveloper installation this option is missing:

adf new sample java client issue2.png

Is this a bug?

Thanks in advance.

(BTW I had to post this question using Internet Explorer. Chrome is not rendering the "create discussion" page correctly so it's impossible to create a discussion using Chrome (at least for me))
