Missing MS Visual c++ libraries requirement for installing Forms and Reports 12c(12.2.1.3)

Hi all.

I need to install Forms 12c lastest version (12.2.1.3) under a Windows Server 2012 R2 64 bit box.

I'm not used to performing installation and configuration of Forms and Reports 12c for deployment on this platform. Mine is the Linux / Unix area.

To me this sounds similar to yuminstall or rpm of any required package on Linux.

I'm aware this may not be a proper question for this forum, but can anyone tell me where and how to download these libraries?

Probably somebody has come across this same issue and may kindly help....!!!
