Missing libfreebl3.so & libc.so.6

I'm trying to install RAC on Oracle Linux R6U3 (64bit). There are a number of missing RPMs that I'm trying to load. But I'm getting error messages saying that libfreebl3.so & libc.so.6 are missing. What package should I be loading to solve this problem?
