Missing double quote in identifier help!

Hi there I need help with fixing this code, im trying to display the total of employees for Job title and location and its giving me a message saying" missing double quote in identifier" , please help, THANKS
SELECT j.job_title, “Job Title”,
l.city “Location”
e.employee_id “Employees ID”
COUNT(*) "No of Employees"
FROM hr.jobs j , hr.locations l,hr.employees e
