missing cgi scripts while setting up identity system

Hi
Ive been installing the oracle access manager, but im having problems locating the cgi scripts after installing the identity server and the webpass. In the httpd.config file its looking for some cgi scripts like objservcenter.cgi and objservcenter_admin.cgi etc...but when i look into the locations they are nowhere to be found...all i can see are some xml files...
