Missing application - who deleted it?

Hello

One of our Apex 3.0 applications went missing. Fortunately this happened in the test environment, and we suspect that someone accidentally deleted it.

Is it possible to know who did it and when? Are there any logs in Apex that record this type of action?

I see a number of reports in the Monitor Activity section, but I could not find this information anywhere...
