Missing ADMIN link in the workspace login screen in OCI

Hi,

I am trying to login to APEX admin console in OCI. But I could not find the link in the workspace login screen which was there before.

I have also modified the URL by changing and adding apex_admin. I am getting the following screen, but when I input ADMIN and provide the password it is giving error. Any idea how can I fix this from the OCI console and reset the password and access the APEX admin console.
