Minimum necessary bandwidht for VDI

Hello experts!

I found in Planning and Installation Guide that the typical network bandwitdh utilizes by Oracle's VDI Desktop is 150 Kbps. But what is the minimun acceptable by the platform?
I mean, what is the mininum necessary for the system stay running, even slowly?
