Migration/Upgrade Path from Application Server 10g to App Server 11g

Hi Experts!

We are currently running Oracle Forms and Reports 10g services on Oracle Application Server. Our current OAS is the version that was introduced prior to Fusion Middleware ie Web Logic etc. OS is Windows 2003 (32bit).

We are planning to upgrade it to Forms and Reports 11g.
As I understand, we will need to install Oracle Web Logic Server and Fusion Middleware Forms & Reports Services to achieve our objective.

I have following queries before I proceed with the installation/configuration/upgrade
1) Is it possible to achieve HA for our Forms/Reports services. Ideally 2 servers with Forms / Reports services running on them and users accessing them via single URL. Session state shall be maintained in case of failure of any one server
2) Is it possible to upgrade our current Forms/Reports using some command/utility with minimal hassle?
3) Is there some link that lists the steps that I need to perform to install/configure HA environment with the above setup.

I prefer to do a fresh installation of the servers and then just move the upgraded forms/reports to the new servers. One thing I would like to add here is that we are using WebUtil in our current environment and therefore it is important that the new setup has the capability to use WebUtil also.

Believe me I have gone through many documentations and sites and the more I read, the more it gets confusing therefore a simple reply with steps involved for above setup will be highly appreciated.
