Migration to Linux Red Hat 8

Hello,

I currently have an Oracle 8.0.5 application running on a Novell Netware 5.1 server that I would like to migrate to a Linux Red Hat 8 server.

Note that I have a total of 8 workstations running a combination of Windows XP and Windows 98.

Can this be done ? How can I go about this task ?
