Migration to Exadata V2

For my birthday, I'm getting 2 1/2 rack V2s (well, it is my birthday and they did sign the contract today :-)

I'm looking for any tips/hints/papers/guidelines on migrating our current data warehouse. In particular, looking for any experience with "staging" the migration, e.g. initial migration, followed by tips/techniques on eliminating summary tables/MVs.

One of our goals is to reduce the number of layers between the fact/dimensions and the end user. But also looking at how best to move current database and quickly take advantage of HCC.
