Migration Script

I have successfully used the Migration Workbench to create an Oracle Database. Some changes were necessary to get the database fully functional. I would like to generate a similar script that which the workbench generated. I have been expermenting with the "Chanage Manger" and am wondering if this is the best approach.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
I understand this may be the wrong forum but could not find one.
