Migration of production database from AIX to Linux

Hello Everyone,

I need your suggestion for migrating our production database from AIX and Linux .Please find the details below.

Source(AIX) ENDIAN-FORMAT is BIG. Target(LINUX) ENDIAN_FORMAT is LITTLE.

1) Our database size is 5 TB running on 11g R2
2)We will get the minimal downtime (6 to 7 hrs).

Please let us which method would the best of below.Please provide the doc in detail steps.

a)RMAN
b)Dataguard Heterogeneous Primary and Physical Standby
c)Oracle streams
