Migration of Oracle Database 11.2.0.3 on Solaris Sparc to OEL OS and Oracle DB 19C

Hi
We have
Oracle databse on Sun Solaris Sparc Hardware
OS version is Solaris 5:10
Database version is - Oracle 11.2.0.3
Total DB Size is 5 TB

We want to migrate this to

Oracle Cloud infrastructure
OS version = OEL 9
Database Version = Oracle 19C

Can you please suggest best method to migrate this considering faster and lesser downtime
