Migration from Sybase CT Library to Oracle OCI

Hi..

As the part of migration of Sybase to Oracle-8, we need to
migrate few CT Library (Sybase specific - written in 'C')
programs to OCI programs. Can anybody tell me how to go about
it? I need a detailed description.
