Migration from Sun Identity Manager to Oracle Identity manager 11gR2

Hi,

I came across a article dated on 2011 from Oracle Principle Product Manager, stating the migration statergy from Sun Idm 8.1.1 to OIM using a migration toolkit that is likely to be released.

Also it states that migration toolkit will generate report on running against existing Sun idm environmnet and identify items that are auto migratable, Semi migratable and Manual migration.

Wanted to know, if such uitility is been released for usage. From the knowledge i heard from friends and through blogs, there seems to be NO to this question. But would like to know if any of

you came across any info or what is the statergy behind migrating from Sun to OIM.
