migration from sql server 2005 tables to oracle tables

Hi,

Kindly give the steps to migrate from sql server 2005 tables to oracle tables.
Kindly advise

Oracle database version:
---------------------------------
Oracle Database 10g Release 10.2.0.1.0 - Production
PL/SQL Release 10.2.0.1.0 - Production
"CORE 10.2.0.1.0 Production"
TNS for 32-bit Windows: Version 10.2.0.1.0 - Production
NLSRTL Version 10.2.0.1.0 - Production
