Migration from OWB 11.2.0.3 to ODI 12?

I have Oracle Warehouse Builder Version 11.2.0.3

But the migration utility is in version 11.2.0.4

How can I get the migration utility?

OWB_HOME/bin/admin/migration.config

This platform and data type mapping

<ORACLE_HOME for OWB>/owb/bin/admin

PlatformMappingsForMigration.xml
