Migration from Informix to Oracle

Hi,

I have to migrate the data from
INFORMIX-SQL Version 7.31.UC3 to
Oracle9i Enterprise Edition Release 9.2.0.2.0 - 64bit

I have the data in flatfile format and i could able to open the files using the TEXTPAD editor, and there the data is separated by | .

Which are the good options for migrating the data ..

How can i import the data to Oracle DB.
